The North Central Texas Workforce Center of Denton
County began occupying our 20,000 square foot building in June 2000.
This Center administers a wide array of publicly-funded employment and
training programs. The Center is the single most important point of
contact for employers, job seekers and the community-at-large. Shady
Oaks has since expanded and accommodated the Center's efficiency and

Building B was completed in January 2002 and contains
25,000 square feet. The tenants in this building are a mix of
quasi-governmental management groups and commercial enterprises
averaging about 4,000 square feet per tenant.

Building C was built to the specifications of Foundation
Management Services, Inc. and completed in 2001.
One pad site exists for build-to-suit. An office can
be built on this site with an area up to 7,000 square feet.
